The Glorious Finale

Wherefore, God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God, the Father (Philippians 2:9-11).

These verses speak of the final change and restoration of all of God’s creatures through the redemptive and priestly work of Jesus just before He submits everything to The Father. Peace, harmony and happiness in God’s universe can only be when all His creatures acknowledge the universal headship of Jesus Christ. Every creature will enjoy the wonders of their God in absolute and pure love out of submission to the Lord Jesus Christ. It borders blasphemy to suggest that this acknowledgment of Jesus as Lord is a forced confession. How could such a condition possibly be “to the glory of God, the Father”? Only blind dogma can arrive at such a conclusion. NO, love never fails and force never wins and the love of God will conquer ALL!
